1. GENERAL 1.1 I will draw Anthro, Ship Art, OC Art, Persona Art, Fanfic-Based Art, Fanart, Character Redesigns. I may draw Furries and Mechs upon request. I will not draw NSFW, Borderline NSFW, Fetish Content, Discriminatory Art, Offensive Gestures.1.2 Any and all services I provide are digital products. There is no physical product of my work at this time. Rights to sell prints (paper, textile, or otherwise) of commissioned/purchased works will require the client to purchase a commercial merchandising license.1.3 I reserve the right to refuse any commission and cancel at any time.1.4 Do not feed any of my work into an AI model or give AI art as a reference without prior notice. If the client must provide a reference made from an AI model, there will be a 20% fee since AI refences are harder to work with.1.5 Do not claim any commissioned work as your own. Clients may post the work on their socials but must provide some form of credit to me.2. PAYMENTS 2.1 All payments will be made through VGen.3. REVISIONS 3.1 Major changes such as outfit, pose, and hairstyle must be made during the sketch phase. Once I have exited out of the sketch phase and have started on lineart or coloring only things like color and facial expressions will be allowed to change.3.2 Rebrands. If the client were to rebrand and change to a new design during the commission period they may pay up to 80% if I am still sketching to change the design I am working on. If the sketch has already been finalized then no changes will be made unless the client pays a fee of 100%.4. DEADLINES AND DELIVERY 4.1 Deadlines will have a minimum amount of time needed. If the deadline is less than that minimum time a rush fee of 50% will be applied to the order. If the deadline is too soon than the commission will be refused.4.2 Delivery may only include the necessary files if finished just on the deadline set. If that is the case I will add the remaining files within 1-2 days after submitting the commission. (Necessary files only apply for services where an additional showcase of the product is made for social media and portfolio purposes, but is not necessary for commission submission)5. COMMUNICATION 5.1 Communication may go through VGen, discord, email, and social media platforms.6. SERVICE SPECIFC 6.1 Vtuber Models 6.1.1 Deadlines cannot be less than 2 months after the commission request. If the deadline is less than 2 months a rush fee of 50% may be applied to the order. If the deadline is too soon than the commission will be refused. 6.2 Vtuber Rig 6.2.1 Deadlines cannot be less than 3 months after the commission request. If the deadline is less than 3 months a rush fee of 50% may be applied to the order. If the deadline is too soon than the commission will be refused. 6.3 Illustrations/Character Design 6.3.1 Deadlines cannot be less than 1 month after the commission request. If the deadline is less than 2 month a rush fee of 50% may be applied to the order. If the deadline is too soon than the commission will be refused. 6.4 Minecraft Skin 6.4.1 Deadlines cannot be less than 2 weeks after the commission request. If the deadline is less than 2 weeks a rush fee of 50% will be applied to the order. If the deadline is too soon than the commission will be refused.
